1. Your introductory offer
Your $39.95 USD introductory order includes one hoodie, free matching sweatpants, two digital journals, and free shipping and VIP Membership.
2. VIP benefits
Membership includes:
- Weekly educational emails, journal prompts, and exercises.
- Community access.
- Information about opportunities to connect with therapists, subject to availability.
- Charitable contributions as described below.
Therapy sessions are not included unless expressly stated. Our resources are educational and do not replace professional care.
3. Payments and pauses
Membership renews automatically at $55 USD every 28 days, starting 28 days after enrollment unless your confirmed terms specify otherwise. This is not a calendar-month billing cycle.
Payments use your authorized payment method until cancellation. Failed payments may be retried. Renewals do not include additional clothing or physical shipments.
For paused memberships, we will communicate the restart date and billing terms before resuming and obtain any required authorization. Missed payments will not automatically be collected as a lump sum. Cancelled memberships require your authorization to restart.
4. Giving back
90% of each successfully collected, non-refunded renewal—$49.50 per $55 payment—is donated to organizations supporting mental health, neurodivergent individuals, and related causes.
This is calculated on renewal fees, not profits, and excludes the initial clothing purchase. Zerya makes the donation; your membership payment is not represented as tax-deductible.

5. Cancellation
Cancel anytime without a cancellation fee or minimum term.
Submit the cancellation form, or email shopzerya@outlook.com with your purchase email and, if available, your order number. No reason is required.
Submit before your next renewal to prevent that charge. Cancellation is effective when we receive an identifiable request, regardless of when we send confirmation.
Future renewals and retries stop. You keep your initial products and gifts without additional charges. Existing clothing orders remain separate. Unsubscribing from marketing emails alone does not cancel membership.
6. Billing concerns and refunds
For unexpected, unrecognized, or incorrect charges, contact shopzerya@outlook.com.
Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier payments. We review partial or full refunds under our Refund Policy and applicable law. You do not need to accept a partial refund to cancel.
Charges collected in error after effective cancellation will be refunded. Donations do not limit your refund rights.
